Terms of service

HigherTools is operated by HigherOps Inc. It manages accounts, billing, access, and usage summaries for the HigherOps tool family. If you create or manage an account for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Each tool may have its own terms for its features and data.

An account owner can manage access and invite other members. Owners and admins can add tools and manage billing; members have access according to their role. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in access, and inviting only people authorized to use the account.

Paid tool subscriptions have a monthly base price billed in advance. The price and selected plan are shown before you complete Stripe Checkout. If you choose platform AI usage, usage is measured by the tool and billed in arrears through Stripe. The applicable tool and your billing page show usage totals.

If you choose bring-your-own-key mode, you provide your own AI provider credentials and that provider bills you directly under its terms. You are responsible for those credentials and charges. A tool may also be made available through a complimentary HigherOps grant, without a Stripe subscription for that grant.

An account owner or admin can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the HigherTools billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact hello@higherops.io with billing questions.

HigherCoach is offered as a beta tool and may change as it develops. Tool availability, features, and applicable plans are shown in HigherTools. Access to a tool is also subject to that tool's terms and any applicable written agreement with HigherOps.

You must not use HigherTools to break the law, infringe others' rights, access another account without permission, misuse invitations or credentials, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use your account.

HigherOps may suspend or end access to an account or tool to address nonpayment, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You can stop using HigherTools and cancel paid subscriptions as described above. Contact hello@higherops.io about account closure or the information kept after access ends.
